ABOUT Us

The Lauderdale Beach Homeowners Association was established to promote the interests of our dues-paying homeowner members within the area bounded by Oakland Park Blvd. on the North, A1A on the West, NE 23rd St. on the South, and the beach on the East.

Neighborhood Improvement (Member Dues)

Community Development. The Association works to continually improve our neighborhood by working with the City of Fort Lauderdale on key issues, coordinating social events, maintaining a website, and holding regular meetings with Lauderdale Beach residents.

Landscaping. The Association contracts for lawn and shrub maintenance and regular landscaping activities to maintain our beautiful entrance median along NE 27 Street from A1A to North Atlantic Boulevard.

Security Services (Security Dues)

Daily Patrol. Our security patrol team conducts daily patrols of Lauderdale Beach streets, parks, beaches and parking lots, and is supported by an on-site police substation, ATV for beach access, and a 24/7 marked police car.

Away Service. While you are away from your property, officers will patrol your property and report any problems directly to you. Upon request, daily patrols are provided for up to one month and twice-a-week patrols are provided for absences over one month.

Patrol Cell Phone. Communicate directly with patrol officers through text messages and/or voice mails on the dedicated patrol cell phone.

Special Requests. Make special requests and suggestions which are regularly addressed by the patrol and the Security Committee.

Yard Sign. Receive a yard sign which designates your property as being under the protection of the security patrol service.
